Adding or replacing power points is one of the most common jobs Aaron does, from a new double point in a home office to weatherproof outdoor power for the deck. Work is done cleanly, with minimal damage to walls, and every circuit is tested before he leaves.

Common questions
Can you add a power point without ripping up the walls?
Often yes. Depending on access through the roof space, under the floor or from an existing point, many can be added with very little patching.
Do I need a safety switch on new power points?
New circuits must be protected by a safety switch (RCD). If your switchboard does not have them, Aaron can talk through upgrading it at the same visit.
Can you replace old round-pin or brittle switches?
Yes. Old switches and power points are a common source of faults and are simple to modernise.
