Common questions

Can I charge my EV from a normal power point?

You can, but it is slow and puts continuous load on a circuit not designed for it. A dedicated charger is safer and much faster.

Will my switchboard cope with a charger?

Many older boards cannot. Aaron checks capacity first and tells you plainly if an upgrade is needed.

Can you install a charger I have already bought?

Yes, as long as it is suitable. Aaron can also supply a charger matched to your car and usage.

Can the charger work with solar?

Many chargers can use surplus solar. Ask Aaron which options suit your setup.
